Laurel Point is a small community located off 8th Street, near 24th Avenue in Vero Beach, a single street of homes built in 2004 & 2005. The homes are concrete block, built to the new hurricane code with popular floor plans. There are two small ponds in this ungated but deed restricted community. The street has a cul-de-sac with no through traffic. It has a convenient in-town location.
